Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Thank you for your purchase with Lola’s Canvas. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We do NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product. 

If your products are damaged, defective, or missing. Contact our customer service at info.lolascanvas@gmail.com with questions or concerns about your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for a reply.  Please submit photo images of your damaged package. If a customer receives an incorrect item, the customer is entitled to a full refund. Only if a PHOTO WITH PROOF is sent via email. Lola’s Canvas will cover shipping cost if we are at fault. If you are missing a product submit an image of the items you received.
