How do I get onto the waitlist to be notified of the restock?

Please kindly go to the Home Page and scroll until you find the box "Sign Up To The Waitlist” and enter your email. Alternatively there may be a popup box which allows you to enter your email address for restock notifications.

 

My parcel arrived damaged/spilt in transit/items are missing/taking longer than expected?

We rely on our shipping partners to deliver your products safely but from time to time issues do occur. Please do rest assured that your happiness is our utmost priority!

Where is my order?

You will have received a tracking link in your confirmation email, please kindly check your junk if you can't find it. The link provides the latest information on your parcel.

In the instance that your parcel is taking significantly longer to arrive than the expected timeline or your tracking information says “delivered “ and you still haven’t received it then the quickest and easiest way to rectify this is to email us contact@lolascanvas.com

 

How long does shipping take?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (excluding weekends and US Holidays)

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 days to prepare and ship your order

Shipping Times:

  • USA: 3-5 Buisness Days
  • UK, Canada & EU: 7-10 Business Days
  • International: 10-15 Business Days

 

How can I cancel my order?

Orders placed before 12pm USA Central time will be processed on the same day and CANNOT be altered.

In the instance that your order is yet to be processed you can check by emailing us at contact@lolascanvas.com. If your order hasn't been packed you will have an option to cancel. If you don't have an option to cancel then your order has already been processed and is on its way to you.

I have Low Porosity hair, what products will work best for me?

Low Porosity hair is characterised by hair that is NOT easily moisturized and if left untreated can become dry, brittle and break off. If that sounds like you our Moisture Reset Bundle is just right for you, you can find here 

I have High Porosity hair, what products will work best for me?

High Porosity hair is characterised by hair that can be moisturized easily but lose it just as easily. This hair type is also much more prone to damage and you can find that even if your hair is moisturised it still breaks easily with little to no manipulation.

I don't know my porosity, how can I find this out?

Why have I been charged more than the amount expected?

We are a US business and the first set of prices you will see on our website are $USD The actual charge you may see on your credit/debit card statement will be what this converts to in your local currency. You can always choose to shop in your currency of choice by going to the Menu bar and selecting "Currency Converter".

 

Why do I have to pay customs/duty tax?

All customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit as stated in our shipping policy, we are unable to determine what amount this will be.

 

Why haven't I received a copy of The Ultimate Hair Growth Guide?
